Job summary

Rise Hospitality Management in Bahrain is seeking a full-time, on-site Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage invoicing, collections, and reporting for corporate and hospitality accounts.

You will reconcile customer accounts, monitor aging, and coordinate with the Finance Manager to resolve overdue items, ensuring accurate payments across cash, bank transfer, and credit card methods. Cross-functional collaboration with Front Office, Sales, Events, and Restaurant teams is required.

Qualifications

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices, credit notes, and statements.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
• Maintain an updated Accounts Receivable Aging Report and provide regular reports to management.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies or unidentified payments.
• Coordinate with the Finance Manager regarding overdue accounts and collection actions.
• Ensure all payments received by cash, bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods are accurately recorded.
• Follow up on corporate, event, hotel, and restaurant customer accounts as applicable.
• Coordinate with the Front Office, Sales, Events, and Restaurant teams regarding billing and payment issues.
