Job summary

Binance is seeking a Clearing CS Specialist to join our Operations team across Bahrain, Jordan, UAE, Türkiye and beyond. You will handle payment investigations, liaise with payment providers and banking partners, and support escalation-free clearing operations.

We value sharp investigators with strong communication skills, ability to work rotating night shifts, and enjoy a fast-paced fintech environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years relevant experience in payment investigations (bank transfers, deposits, withdrawals, returned payments).
• Experience handling payment providers or banking partners.
• Willing to work rotating shifts/night shifts.
• Strong communication and investigation skills.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, PSP, or banking operations preferred.

• Experience in fintech, crypto, PSP, e-wallet, or banking operations is preferred.
