Purpose of the project

We are seeking a seasoned banking professional to lead the growth and expansion of our Commercial Cards and B2B payments portfolio in Bahrain. The role will focus on driving corporate client acquisition, scaling cardable supplier payment opportunities, and strengthening the bank's position as a strategic partner for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in commercial cards, corporate banking and payment solutions, with a proven track record in business development, portfolio growth, and stakeholder management.

Core responsibilities and accountabilities

• Drive growth of the commercial card's portfolio across large corporates and mid-market segments.

Mandatory skills

• Excellent communication skills in English (written, verbal, and presentation); fluency in Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred skills

• The ability to analyse data, troubleshoot payment issues, optimise processes, and make data-driven decisions.
