Qualifications

• Master’s Degree / equivalent preferably in Naval Architecture or Marine/Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university.
• Min 15 years of working experience in Oil & Gas, Marine, Maritime, Ship Repair & Building, Shipyards, EPC and min. 10 in senior management.
• Certifications as required and MBA as an added value.
• Understanding of risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements; familiarity with corporate structures and departments.
• Experience leading executive teams with strong decision making, ownership, and delivery commitment.

Job Summary

Manage the day‑to‑day operations and commercial aspects of the company from all the point of views, internal and external and, at the same time, provide management and strategic planning approach for the business acquisition and execution in order to achieve company objectives as set by the Board of Directors:

Develops policies/SOP and meet customer expectations – Ensure QHSSE aspects are the top priority of the organization.

Acts as a strategic partner on the leadership team. Manages the overall strategy, purpose, and vision of the company with support and guidelines from the C‑Suite. Develop new business and provide strategic direction . Preparation of yearly and 3 years budget ad strategic company plans, ensure achievements of the financial targets. Develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure and yard facilities.

Represents the organization with clients, investors, and business partners. Coaches and develops the team to ensure they are delivering against key business metrics. Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of the management. To oversee effective functioning of the Production and the operations in fulfilling the commitments of customers aiming to establish long‑term relationship, safeguarding best interest and improving the organization’s turn over and bottom line.

Ensure fast decision‑making process to support and evolving operation - oversee and ensure that all employees strive to eliminate waiting time and take initiative to solve the problems instantly by having better (and long term) planning, coordination, and work preparation.

Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth to ensure the resources (assets and people) utilization is maximized and produce an efficient output. Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication. Establish policies that promote company culture, vision, and values. Lead the creation of the operating procedures. Produce long term strategic Assets acquisition plan, transforming the organizational operations by introducing breakthrough technologies and automated robotic solutions

Focus on company’s strategic and business plans in alignment with the business operating system, operating model, and organizational structure. Being an Expert at operations to ensure company’s products and services are created, perfected, delivered and serviced. High level Collaboration with other stakeholders and C‑suite of the organization to ensure each function in the company should be focused on ensuring the operations function can operate at its optimal level.

Evaluate operational and financial performances, impellent improvements actions plan and long‑term strategic growth factors. Participate in expansion activities (Investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.) and manage the relationships with partners/vendors.

Strategize and aim to methods to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity, reduce costs, increase profits by putting in place the correct and appropriate control measures. Works collaboratively to develop and/or improve systems, processes, controls, and procedures that improve the overall efficiency of the firm and insure excellent client service.
