Role Description

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the branch.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate branch staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor daily sales, branch performance, and operational targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and business objectives.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high service standards.
• Manage staff schedules, shifts, attendance, and manpower requirements.
• Train, coach, and evaluate staff to improve performance and productivity.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure products and services meet company quality and operational standards.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory, ordering, and product availability.
• Control operational costs and minimize wastage and losses.
• Handle daily cash management, POS transactions, payments, and closing procedures where required.
• Ensure the branch maintains high standards of cleanliness, organization, safety, and presentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
• Coordinate with management, suppliers, warehouse, and other departments when required.
• Support promotional campaigns, marketing activities, events, and company initiatives.
• Monitor customer feedback, competitor activities, and market trends.
• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations are properly followed.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in branch management, retail, F&B, hospitality, sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Experience as a Branch Manager, Branch Supervisor, Outlet Manager, Store Manager, or similar position is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of branch operations, sales, and customer service.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of inventory, stock, and cost control.
• Experience with POS, inventory, or management systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Target-driven with a strong customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Relevant qualifications or working experience in Business, Management, Retail, F&B, Hospitality, or a related field are preferred.
