Job summary

BlueDynamics in Muharraq, Bahrain is seeking a skilled baker to produce breads, pastries, cakes and desserts. You will follow recipes, decorate for special occasions, and ensure high-quality products meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities include inventory management, maintaining a clean workspace, training junior bakers, and collaborating with the team to create new recipes while upholding food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef.
• In-depth knowledge of baking techniques measurements and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills to meet strict production schedules.
• Creativity and artistic skills for decorating cakes and pastries.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Decorate cakes and pastries for special occasions.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Train and guide assistant bakers in proper techniques and procedures.
