Qualifications

Proven experience as a Baker with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods.
Familiarity with all aspects of the baking process including mixing, proofing, shaping and baking.
Ability to follow recipes accurately and adapt them when necessary.
Creativity in decorating and presenting baked goods.
Attention to detail and passion for creating high-quality products.

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake various types of bread, pastries, cakes and other baked goods.
Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent quality.
