Job summary

SynerData is seeking a Contract Baker in Isa Town, Bahrain, to prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts. The role requires prior bakery experience and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will maintain product quality, ensure safety standards, and manage workspace cleanliness while supporting inventory and supply orders as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a baker in a commercial bakery.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Attention to detail and precision in measurements.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Biometric passport for international travel (preferred).
• Experience working with sourdough (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes.
• Shape, proof, and bake breads, pastries, and other bakery items.
• Decorate cakes and other desserts as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
