The role emphasizes following precise recipes, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding food-safety standards in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has at least two years of proven baking experience, knowledge of baking techniques, and a passion for producing premium

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Baker with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods.
• Familiarity with all aspects of the baking process including mixing, proofing, shaping and baking.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and adapt them when necessary.
• Creativity in decorating and presenting baked goods.
• Attention to detail and passion for creating high-quality products.

• Monitor ovens and other equipment to ensure proper temperature and baking time
• Decorate and present baked goods in an attractive manner
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements
