Job summary

Aqbvyr W.L.L. is seeking a Business Development Executive to grow the Bahrain customer and supplier network. You will identify potential B2B clients, initiate relationships, present value propositions, and convert prospects into active customers.

The role offers hybrid work in Manama with a commission-based structure in the initial period and a clear pathway to a full-time position with a base salary plus commission.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales is helpful.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential Bahrain-based B2B customers and suppliers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Conduct outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Present Aqvyr's value proposition and conduct product demonstrations.
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements.
