Responsibilities

• Process warranty claims in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and related documentation
• Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns related to warranty claims
• Provide excellent customer service to clients by responding to inquiries and providing updates on warranty claims
• Collaborate with the automotive team to ensure smooth and efficient processing of warranty claims
• Keep up-to-date with the latest warranty policies and procedures
• Identify and report any potential warranty fraud or discrepancies
• Assist in the development and implementation of new warranty processes and procedures
