Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warranty administration in the automotive industry.
• Excellent knowledge of vehicle warranty policies and procedures.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage all vehicle warranty claims in a timely and efficient manner.
• Review and approve warranty claims based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date warranty records.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and manufacturers regarding warranty claims and resolutions.
• Monitor warranty expenses and report on discrepancies or trends.
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure proper warranty procedures are followed.
• Train staff on warranty policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports and presentations on warranty performance and improvements.
