Responsibilities

• Process and submit automotive warranty claims accurately and within required timelines.
• Review claims and supporting documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with warranty requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, approvals, rejections, and related documentation.
• Communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders to resolve warranty-related issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide clear updates on claim status and resolutions.
• Coordinate with the automotive service and technical teams to ensure smooth warranty claim processing.
• Stay updated on manufacturer warranty policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Identify discrepancies, unusual claims, or potential warranty fraud and elevate them appropriately.
• Support the development and improvement of warranty processes and procedures.
• Ensure warranty documentation is properly maintained and readily accessible.
