Zayani Motors in Bahrain seeks an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our automotive team. The role focuses on managing warranty claims, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced service environment.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of warranty administration experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to train staff on warranty policies.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warranty administration in the automotive industry.
• Excellent knowledge of vehicle warranty policies and procedures.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Process and manage all vehicle warranty claims in a timely and efficient manner.
• Review and approve warranty claims based on the manufacturer’s guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date warranty records.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and manufacturers regarding warranty claims and resolutions.
• Monitor warranty expenses and report on any discrepancies or trends.
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure proper warranty procedures are followed.
• Train and educate staff on warranty policies and procedures.
• Resolve any conflicts or issues related to warranty claims.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest warranty trends and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with warranty procedures and regulations.
• Prepare reports and presentations on warranty performance and improvements.
