Zayani Motors in Bahrain is seeking a seasoned Warranty Administrator - Automotive to join our expanding service team. The ideal candidate will manage all warranty claims, ensure adherence to manufacturer guidelines, and maintain precise warranty records in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have 5+ years of warranty administration experience in the automotive industry, strong communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warranty administration in the automotive industry.
• Excellent knowledge of vehicle warranty policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of automotive industry regulations and standards.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Process and manage all vehicle warranty claims in a timely and efficient manner.
• Review and approve warranty claims based on the manufacturer's guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date warranty records.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and manufacturers regarding warranty claims and resolutions.
• Monitor warranty expenses and report on any discrepancies or trends.
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure proper warranty procedures are followed.
• Train and educate staff on warranty policies and procedures.
• Resolve any conflicts or issues related to warranty claims.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest warranty trends and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with warranty procedures and regulations.
• Prepare reports and presentations on warranty performance and improvements.
