Job summary

Qureos in Bahrain is seeking a Warranty Assistant to ensure timely processing and documentation of warranty claims within our automotive division. The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can navigate warranty policies and maintain accurate records.

You will process claims, communicate with manufacturers and suppliers, provide excellent customer service to clients, and collaborate with the automotive team to ensure smooth processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in automotive warranty processes.
• Strong knowledge of warranty policies and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Process warranty claims in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and related documentation.
• Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers to resolve issues related to warranty claims.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients by responding to inquiries and providing updates on warranty claims.
• Collaborate with the automotive team to ensure smooth and efficient processing of warranty claims.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest warranty policies and procedures.
• Identify and report any potential warranty fraud or discrepancies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new warranty processes and procedures.
