Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain's Spa & Wellness Center seeks a Spa Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a luxurious experience through professional reception services, appointment scheduling, and guest assistance. Fluency in Arabic and English is required to meet guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury hotel setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel/spa reservation systems an advantage.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Attention to detail and commitment to guest service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome spa guests warmly and provide a personalized and professional experience.
• Manage spa reservations appointments cancellations and modifications through the reservation system
• Handle guest inquiries regarding spa treatments services products promotions and facility information
• Process payments maintain accurate records and reconcile daily transactions
• Promote spa services retail products and wellness offerings to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities
• Coordinate effectively with therapists attendants and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests concerns and feedback
• Ensure compliance with Four Seasons service standards policies and procedures
• Assist with administrative tasks reporting and inventory support as required
