• Perform authentic Moroccan Hammam treatments following Sofitel and spa standards.
• Ensure the highest level of guest comfort, hygiene and satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain the Hammam treatment area and equipment.
• Recommend suitable spa treatments and retail products to guests.
• Maintain professional knowledge of spa treatments, products and wellness practices.
• Adhere to all health, safety and hygiene standards.
