Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/qualification.
• More than 3 years of experience in business development or similar roles.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage customer relationships and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute business development plans to achieve customer growth, retention, revenue targets and budgets.
• Deliver projects to develop new business and increase DHL exposure among prospects.
• Conduct market studies to assess potential and target groups.
• Prospect new business opportunities through market research and marketing initiatives.
• Identify decision makers and understand strategic business challenges.
• Develop leads and prepare proposals; negotiate to close deals.
• Build relationships with prospects and key accounts and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Grow volumes and gross profits on airfreight, with focus on ocean freight and other products.
