Responsibilities

• Set day-to-day operational objectives for the team and ensure adherence to policies.
• Draft route plans and load schedules; maximize consolidation for service areas.
• Coordinate plans for transport operations and monitor subcontractor performance.
• Manage carrier network for specific traffic region and ensure service standards.
• Track delivery exceptions and report back to customers and internal teams.
• Support customs coordination and safety procedures across operations.
