MADI International is seeking an Account Executive for Hair Brands to join our Bahrain team. You will maintain strong relationships with salons, execute sales strategies, and expand our haircare portfolio while collaborating with marketing to support campaigns.

You will plan customer visits, close deals, and ensure timely payments, leveraging your Arabic and English communication skills to grow our business in Bahrain.

Formación

• Proven sales experience in haircare, beauty, or FMCG industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Valid driving license.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain strong relationships with salons and beauty clients to maximize sales opportunities.
• Execute effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets for haircare product lines.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals efficiently.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Provide excellent after-sales service and promptly address client inquiries.
• Manage and grow existing salon accounts while acquiring new customers.
• Promote and sell the company's hair care product portfolio.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent account support.
• Execute promotions, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy customer accounts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Plan and conduct regular customer visits while collaborating with internal teams to support business growth.
