Job summary

MADI International in Bahrain is seeking an Account Executive for hair brands to join our team. You will build and maintain relationships with salons and beauty clients, and drive sales of our haircare portfolio.

The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, fluency in Arabic and English, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. A valid driving license is preferred as field visits are expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with salons and beauty clients to maximize sales opportunities
• Execute effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets for haircare product lines
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
• Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals efficiently
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and brand initiatives
• Provide excellent after-sales service and promptly address client inquiries
• Manage and grow existing salon accounts while acquiring new customers
• Promote and sell the company's hair care product portfolio
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent account support
• Execute promotions, product launches, and marketing initiatives
• Plan and conduct regular customer visits while collaborating with internal teams to support business growth
