Job summary

MADI International in Bahrain is looking for an Account Executive for Hair Brands to join our team. You will manage salon accounts, drive sales growth for haircare product lines, and coordinate with the marketing team to support campaigns and launches.

The role requires proven sales experience in haircare, beauty, or FMCG, excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluency in Arabic and English, and a valid driving license. Regular client visits and timely payments are part of the role.

• Manage and grow existing salon accounts while acquiring new customers.
• Promote and sell the company's hair care product portfolio.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent account support.
• Execute promotions, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy customer accounts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Plan and conduct regular customer visits while collaborating with internal teams to support business growth.

Key Requirements:

Proven sales experience in haircare, beauty, or FMCG industry

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Fluency in Arabic and English
