Job summary

BYD BeLux in Brussels is seeking a Logistics Specialist BeLux to coordinate inbound, compound operations and distribution for Belgium and Luxembourg. You will manage CRM/ERP transports, ensure on-time deliveries, and control costs in collaboration with Sales and logistics partners.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in vehicle logistics, a Bachelor's in logistics, and strong Excel/CRM/ERP skills; fluency in French and/or Dutch with English as corporate language; driving licence B and willingness to

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years in vehicle or automotive logistics (inbound, compound or distribution).
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management or a related field.
• Well-organized and structured, with strong follow-up discipline and cost awareness.
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch (both is a plus), with professional English as the corporate language.
• Advanced Excel and experience with logistics systems (CRM, ERP). SAP is a plus.
• Hands-on, reliable and solution-oriented, with strong communication skills towards internal and external partners.
• Driving licence B and willingness to visit compounds and dealers when needed.

Responsibilities

• Inbound flow: Plan and coordinate vehicle transport from European ports to our compounds, and follow up shipments and vessel arrivals.
• Compound operations: Work with compound operators on vehicle receiving, storage, inventory accuracy and outbound readiness, and monitor capacity and stock status.
• Distribution to dealers and key accounts: Organize timely, high-quality deliveries to dealers, fleet customers and key accounts across Belgium and Luxembourg, in close coordination with Sales.
• Transactions in our systems: Execute logistics transactions in our CRM (shipment creation, vehicle call-off, vehicle release and ownership-related processes).
• Transport partner management: Follow up daily with logistics service providers, take part in monthly performance reviews, and contribute to the supplier list and to logistics cost control.
• Issue resolution: Anticipate and solve operational issues (delays, damage, stock discrepancies) together with internal teams and partners.
• Reporting and improvement: Report on stock, lead times and delivery performance, and propose improvements to the logistics flow.

As Logistics Specialist BeLux, you keep our vehicles moving from European ports to our compounds, and from our compounds to our dealers and key accounts in Belgium and Luxembourg. You are the operational link between BYD Europe Logistics, compound operators, transport partners and our Sales and Network teams, so that every vehicle arrives on time, in perfect condition and at the right cost.
