The role requires strong analytics, experience with WFM tools, and project management capabilities to drive continuous improvement and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into practical staffing plans.
• Experience with workforce management tools and scheduling systems.
• Proven ability to create and manage schedules in a 24/7 environment.
• Project management skills to support transformation initiatives and new projects.

Responsabilités

• Develop workforce scenarios and staffing plans aligned to KPIs.
• Create, adjust and communicate staff schedules in a 24/7 setting, accounting for leaves and absences.
• Support transformation projects and AI initiatives on the operational floor.
• Ensure alignment between planning and real-world operations and identify bottlenecks.
