AXA Partners is seeking a Workforce Manager to develop, manage and optimize staffing plans for our 24/7 operations in the Motor & Home division. You will translate goals into data-driven staffing, model scenarios, and support transformation initiatives.

Collaborating with operations, you will create schedules, manage leave and absences, and align planning with on-the-ground realities. Strong analytical, PM and communication skills are required; experience with WFM tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience with workforce planning in 24/7 operations is a plus.
• Experience with data analysis and planning tools is a must.

Responsabilités

• Develop workforce scenarios and translate goals into staffing plans based on data.
• Create, manage and adjust staff schedules in a 24/7 environment.
• Support transformation projects and implement new workforce models.
• Ensure alignment between planning and on-the-ground realities and improve bottlenecks.
