Job summary

Louis Vuitton Services Europe in Brussels seeks a Workforce Management Business Intern to support planning, reporting and KPI dashboards for the CSC across the EMEA region. You will help optimize front office coverage and drive performance with real-time and long-term action plans.

You will work with Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint, contribute to monthly planning, and assist in preparing business reports. Fluent English is required; other languages are a plus in our diverse, international

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's internship agreement is required (Belgian CIP or internship agreement).
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Capacity to take ownership and data-driven decision-making.
• Proactivity, creative problem-solving orientation, and teamwork.
• Previous experience with Workforce Management solutions is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in an international work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating monthly Front Office planning to ensure optimal coverage for all markets.
• Support the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards to track KPIs.
• Assist in producing and presenting daily, weekly, and monthly business reports and summaries about WFM KPIs and SLAs.
• Assist in request management.
