Louis Vuitton Benelux, Nordics & Poland is offering an internship within the Accounting Team at our Brussels head office. You will support accounting operations across 8 countries in a dynamic luxury retail setting, gaining hands-on experience in financial processes and reporting.

The program emphasizes development through cross-functional collaboration, exposure to audits, and opportunities to engage with various departments while delivering high-quality financial support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Internship agreement provided by university is mandatory.
• Strong command of English.
• Knowledge of another local language (Dutch, French, Polish, Nordics) is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative and operational accounting support to the stores and regional accounting team.
• Handle invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and sales reconciliations.
• Assist with Capex monitoring and related reporting.
• Contribute to declarations and compliance tasks (e.g., VAT, Intrastat, statistics).
• Support in monthly closings and financial reporting.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders (e.g., suppliers, stores, business partners).
