Dott in Brussels is offering a 6-month internship at the intersection of operations, data, business, and technology. You will work on warehouse and fleet management, dashboard creation, and KPI monitoring while coordinating with mechanics and central teams.

The role emphasizes analytical, autonomous work with a strong interest in data, AI, and automation. Fluency in French and English is required; Excel/Sheets skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English required.
• Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Analytical, organized, autonomous and solution-oriented.
• Knowledge of SQL or automation tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Warehouse & Fleet: inventory tracking, parts ordering, and demand forecasting.
• Monitoring repairs, quality reworks, and fleet diagnostics.
• Coordination with mechanics and central team; transfers tracking.
• Create dashboards and monitor Operations KPIs.
• Identify and automate time-consuming tasks and processes.
• Analyze operational issues and implement solutions.
• Competitive monitoring of Brussels market; cost optimization for parking fines.
• Support for various Operations projects.
