Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Workday HR or third-party integrations.
- Strong experience with data formats (XML, JSON, SFTP, XSLT).
- Experience in international or multi-country environments.
- Able to plan and execute tests effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
- Professional English language skills.
Responsibilities
- Support rollout of Workday Global Payroll Cloud across countries.
- Configure, deploy and validate integrations for accuracy and performance.
- Align global standards with local country requirements during onboarding.
- Advise stakeholders on integration best practices.
- Monitor performance and resolve issues promptly.
