Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Workday Functional Consultant to join our client’s team in Belgium. You will gather business requirements, designWorkday processes, and configure the Workday application for multiple clients across sectors.

You will work with client subject matter experts, communicate Workday capabilities, and travel as needed to deliver projects and drive value for HR with analytics and workforce insights.

What work will you do?

As a Workday Functional Consultant, you should expect to beinvolved in the following:

• Gathering business requirements

• Consistent and ongoing interaction with clientsubject matter experts
  
• Configuration of Workday application
  

In this position, you will work with many clients acrossmultiple sectors broadening your experience and understanding of projects. The clientsyou will be supporting exploit new technologies like employee engagement tools,advanced workforce planning and analytics we empower HR to better support thebusiness and create value.
