Qualifications

Your Role

As a Manager/Senior Manager, you will take ownership of complex transformation initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful business outcomes. You will support clients in addressing critical challenges such as:

Key Responsibilities

Lead Strategic Transformation Programs

Drive large-scale initiatives across areas including:

• Organizational effectiveness and operating model design
• Workforce planning and talent strategy
• Skills-based workforce transformation
• Job architecture and work redesign
• Leadership and talent ecosystem development

Build Trusted Client Partnerships

Develop strong relationships with stakeholders at management and executive levels, acting as a strategic advisor throughout transformation journeys.

Support Business Growth

Identify new opportunities, contribute to proposal development, participate in client pursuits, and help strengthen market visibility.

Develop High-Performing Teams

Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to consultants and managers, fostering professional development and delivery excellence.

Work closely with specialists from strategy, analytics, technology, people consulting, and transformation teams to create integrated solutions that address complex client challenges.

Advance Organizational Transformation Expertise

Contribute to the development of new frameworks, thought leadership, methodologies, and innovative approaches that enhance our service offerings.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 6–8+ years of consulting or industry experience related to organizational transformation, workforce strategy, operating model design, or future workforce initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects from strategy development through implementation.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience contributing to sales efforts, proposal creation, and relationship management.
• Ability to translate business objectives into effective organizational and workforce solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Genuine interest in emerging workplace trends, organizational innovation, and the evolving nature of work.
• Collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing people and fostering team success.
• Professional fluency in English, with Dutch and/or French considered an advantage.
