Job summary

Expertum Group is seeking a Senior SuccessFactors Consultant to drive end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations and lead client workshops for large, international clients. You will demostrate solutions, design HR processes, and act as a trusted advisor to HR leaders while bridging business and technical teams.

The role includes presales support, demos, and collaboration with a group of expert consultants in a dynamic, people-first environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• 2+ end-to-end implementations in one or more modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance, or Compensation.
• Experience with large-scale, international projects and client workshops.

The job

As a Senior SuccessFactors Consultant, you will play a central role in both delivery and presales activities.

You will:

• Drive end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations: from blueprint and configuration to go-live and support
• Lead client workshops and demos, helping customers define their HR processes
• Take ownership of projects with large, international clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor to HR leaders and as a bridge between business and technical teams
• Support presales activities such as solution design and presentations

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Experience in end-to-end implementations: from initial blueprint design through implementation, customization, configuration, and post-go-live support in one or more of the following modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance, and Compensation
• Experience with large-scale, international projects
• Workshop facilitation and client-facing skills
• Comfortable with presales (demos, solution design, presentations)
• Fluent in English and Dutch
