Michael Page Belgium is seeking a Customer Service & Customs Coordinator for a long-established industrial manufacturer with sites in Belgium. You will own the complete order-to-cash process for an international B2B portfolio and manage customs documentation and trade compliance.

You will act as the primary contact for customers, build strong relationships, and collaborate with planning, logistics, production, and sales to ensure timely delivery, accurate invoicing, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in customer service, order management or logistics coordination in an international B2B setting.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP is a strong asset.
• Knowledge of customs processes and international trade compliance.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of French or German is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the order-to-cash process for an international B2B portfolio.
• Manage customs documentation and trade compliance for imports/exports.
• Be the primary contact for customers from order to delivery and invoicing.
• Handle inquiries, orders, delivery follow-up and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with planning, logistics, production and sales.
• Work with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure compliant cross-border shipments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and digital transformation projects.
