Michael Page International (Belgium) is assisting a globally recognised industrial manufacturer in Gent to hire a Project Coordinator who links Customer Care and Engineering. You will coordinate projects, act as a key cross-functional contact, and manage quotations and orders to ensure timely execution.

Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus. You will collaborate with Supply Chain, support customers, and contribute to improvement initiatives, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service/operations.
• Strong Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate projects with Customer Care, Project Coordination and Engineering teams.
• Act as a key cross-functional contact to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage quotations and order-related activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor material availability and expedite orders when required.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure timely product delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service by following processes and best practices.
