Job summary

Mars Belgium is seeking a senior P&O leader to partner with the GM and the Cluster Leadership Team across five markets in Western Europe. The role shapes people strategy, organizational design and culture to enable sustainable growth and leadership ownership.

You will drive change at scale, oversee talent enablement and succession, and collaborate with works councils, delivering data-led insights to foster a resilient, future-ready organization.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience of progressive P&O and/or leadership experience.
• Line management experience.
• Experience of driving change at scale.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Strong communicator with the ability to inspire large groups.
• Proven ability to work across a multi-country cluster.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic thought partner to the GM and Cluster Leadership Team on people implications of WE business choices.
• Act as Go-to Person on selected European people priority or lead a project on those.
• Shape the development of the European P&O Strategy and translate into local priorities.
• Shape and support the transformation agenda for the West Europe cluster.
• Co-pilot transformations with people implications and guide leaders on change requirements.
