Companions in Kontich (Antwerp region) seeks a Portfolio COO to guide the growth of portfolio companies by leading transformation programs and building a high-performing operations team. You will collaborate with management to drive sustainable value creation across multiple sectors.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in civil-, industrial-, business-, bioscience engineering or a related field.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• 7–10 years in consultancy or equivalent roles with operational exposure.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives for portfolio companies aligned with business strategy.
• Direct discussions with management to identify opportunities and tailor solutions.
• Collaborate across Companions and portfolio companies to implement strategic initiatives.
• Provide guidance on change management and foster adaptability.
• Direct activities of project teams to deliver key initiatives on time and within scope.
• Develop and scale a high-performing team with meaningful challenges.
• Analyze market trends and establish best practices for transformation.
