The Janssen Supply Chain group within Johnson & Johnson is hiring a QC Shiftlead Weekend Biotech for the CAR-T hub in Europe, based in Beerse, Belgium. The role oversees day-to-day QC operations, ensuring GMP compliance and timely testing of samples from production.

You will lead a team across flow cytometry, ELISA and qPCR labs, manage training and performance, and prepare SOPs and CAPAs while coordinating with QA, Manufacturing, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science.
• 3–5 years of work experience required.
• Experience with QC testing and supervisory roles preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the weekend QC Biotech team to meet quality, business and personal objectives.
• Set testing priorities and manage work assignments.
• Maintain training completion and evaluate performance.
• Review/approve QC lab data for validity per GMP.
• Author/update SOPs, WI and Protocols to support daily lab operations.
• Support laboratory investigations and internal/external audits.
• Collaborate with QA, Manufacturing, Engineering and Maintenance.
