Johnson & Johnson is seeking a QA Associate Cryo Lab in Beerse, Belgium. You will oversee daily QA operations for fresh apheresis material, review batch records, and ensure compliance with CAR-T QC standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and fluency in English and Dutch, with willingness to work a two-shift regime in a GMP/GTP environment. Benefits include bonuses and leave provisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch (verbal and written).
• Good communication skills required.

Responsabilités

• Cooperate with OT team and assist QA oversight of daily operations for fresh apheresis material.
• Review and release cryopreservation Apheresis product batch records.
• Manage quality agreements, SOPs, and documentation.
• Support establishment and implementation of company-wide quality policies.
• Assist in audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Set up and maintain quality KPIs and manage deviations.
