Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a QA Associate for the Cryo Lab based in Beerse, Belgium. You will implement the EMEA CAR-T quality system, release cryopreserved material, and ensure deviation handling is integrated into daily lab operations.

The role requires a bachelor degree and fluency in English and Dutch, with GMP/GTP exposure and strong documentation practices. This position is full-time and on site at the Beerse site within the J&J Innovative Medicine Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Dutch (verbal and written).
• Experience in cross-functional teams and GMP/GTP environments is preferred.
• Good documentation practices and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide QA oversight of daily cryopreservation operations and materials.
• Review and release batch records for cryopreservation apheresis products.
• Review quality agreements and standards applicable to the program.
• Prepare for internal/external audits and inspections and drive CAPA actions.
• Set up KPIs and manage deviation handling within Cryo Lab.
