The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, 2+ years in a cGMP QC lab, and experience with qPCR, flow cytometry, and potency assays. Weekend shifts may be required and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field is required.
• At least 2 years in a cGMP compliant QC laboratory or equivalent.
• Experience with biological and biochemical analytical techniques required.
• CAR-T related analytical techniques preferred.
• Familiarity with USP/EP/JP requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication; weekend shift may be required.

Responsabilités

• Perform analytical testing in accordance with specifications and GMP.
• Maintain a safe, compliant laboratory environment.
• Peer review of laboratory data.
• Author and update SOPs, WIs and Protocols for daily lab operations.
• Support laboratory investigations and CAPAs.
• Assist in internal audits and cross-laboratory meetings.
