Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen unit seeks a QC Shiftlead Weekend Biotech for the CAR-T hub in Beerse, Belgium. You will oversee the weekend QC Biotech team across Flow Cytometry, ELISA and qPCR and ensure GMP compliance while guiding testing activities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Science with 3–5 years of supervisory experience and strong knowledge of cGMP/QA processes. Weekend shift availability is required.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of QC analytical technologies and cGMP expectations required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the weekend QC Biotech team (Flow Cytometry, ELISA, qPCR) and ensure top-quality output.
• Set testing priorities and manage work assignments.
• Maintain training compliance and evaluate staff performance.
• Coordinate with QA, Manufacturing and external labs for audits and investigations.
