Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, logistics, or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Good GMP knowledge, data integrity, safe working practices, and documentation.
• Experience coordinating work, setting priorities, and supporting or leading colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily weekend activities across Environmental Monitoring, Quality Control Logistics, and sample management.
• Coach and support team members while promoting clear communication and a quality-focused culture.
• Ensure sample collection, receipt, labelling, registration, storage, and transport follow procedures.
• Oversee Environmental Monitoring activities and ensure documentation is complete and timely.
• Act as first operational contact during weekend shifts and escalate deviations or risks promptly.
• Support deviations, investigations, CAPAs, change controls, audits, and inspections.
• Identify and implement safety, compliance, efficiency, digitalisation, and continuity improvements with clear handovers.
