Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting QC analysts for the CAR-T hub in Europe. The role is based in Beerse, Belgium, within the Janssen Supply Chain Group. You will prepare and conduct testing for CAR-T production, ensuring compliance with GMP and quality standards.

You will work in a dynamic team handling qPCR, Flow Cytometry, and potency assays, contributing to cross-lab quality initiatives and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field required.
• Minimum 2 years in a cGMP QC lab or equivalent.
• Understanding of analytical data from biological/biochemical techniques.
• Knowledge of analytical technologies and aseptic QC techniques (CAR-T) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing per specifications and GMP regs.
• Maintain safe lab environment per EHS regs.
• Peer review of laboratory data.
• Author/update SOPs, WIs and Protocols in the lab DOC system.
• Support investigation records and CAPAs.
• Assist in internal audits and cross-lab meetings.
