Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front office or night audit preferred.
• Fluency in English and French; Dutch a plus.
• Strong accounting and financial reconciliation basics.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS systems.

Responsabilités

• Front Desk Operations during weekend night shifts and check-ins.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally.
• Perform nightly audit and balance daily transactions.
• Prepare bills for early departing guests and complete end-of-day tasks.
• Ensure lobby and reception areas are clean and presentable at night.
