BHG BE PORTFOLIO I is seeking a dedicated Weekend Night Receptionist to oversee overnight front desk operations across our hotels on weekends. You will handle guest service, light accounting, and end-of-day reconciliation, with duties including breakfast setup for early guests.

The role requires independent work, strong English and French communication, and familiarity with PMS systems. Night shifts include hospitality and security responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front office or night audit preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with PMS, preferably Opera or Opera Cloud.

Responsabilités

• Front Desk Operations: Welcome and check-in late arrivals, handle requests, process check-outs, ensure lobby cleanliness, follow night checklist.
• Night Audit and Reporting: perform nightly audit, reconcile transactions, prepare daily reports, close business day in PMS.
• Security and Safety: monitor property, follow emergency procedures, conduct property walks.
• Cash Handling: reconcile front desk cash drawer and ensure accurate transactions.
