LAVEZZI invites an attentive Weekend Night Receptionist to ensure smooth, secure overnight operations at our Vlaams-Brabant hotels. You will oversee the front desk and guest services during the night shift, handle basic accounting, and perform end-of-day reconciliation.

This role also includes light food & beverage duties, breakfast setup for early guests. Fluency in English and French is required, Dutch a plus, and experience with PMS like Opera is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel front office or night audit preferred.
• Fluency in English and French (Dutch a plus).
• Strong understanding of basic accounting and financial reconciliation.
• Familiarity with PMS systems such as Opera is a plus.

Your mission

We are looking for a dedicated Weekend Night Receptionist (f/m/d) to ensure smooth and secure overnight operations across our hotels during weekends. If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoy working independently during the quiet hours, this is your chance to make a difference where it matters most. You will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations during the overnight shift, ensuring smooth and efficient guest service, and performing end-of-day financial reconciliation. This role is a combination of guest service, administrative, and accounting duties, requiring attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism. This role also includes light food & beverage duties, such as preparing and setting up the breakfast service for early morning guests.

Your profile

• Previous experience in hotel front office or night audit role preferred
• Fluency in English and French (Dutch is a plus)
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reconciliation
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS); experience with Opera, Opera Cloud is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
