Responsabilités

• Manage the reception desk during the night, handling check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries.
• Monitor hotel security, conduct rounds, ensure guest and property safety, respond to incidents.
• Set up the breakfast buffet to greet guests and start their day.
• Ensure communal areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming for guests.
• Handle late-night administrative tasks and prepare documents for the day team.

Your areas of responsibilities include:

• Manage the reception desk during the night, providing warm, efficient check-ins/check-outs, handling reservations, and addressing any guest inquiries or needs with a smile.
• Monitor hotel security, conduct regular rounds to ensure the safety of our guests and the property, and respond to any incidents with professionalism and calm.
• Setting up the breakfast buffet to greet our guests with a delightful start to their day.
• Ensuring that communal areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming for guests.
• Handling a range of administrative tasks to support hotel operations, including preparing documents for the day team and managing any late-night bookings.

Profiel

• Previous experience in hospitality/customer service is valued, but your passion for our mission is essential.
• Good communication skills with proficiency in English and French, Dutch is a plus.
• A committed, night-oriented professional passionate about hospitality.
• Embrace and convey greet’s ethos of eco-friendly practises and circular hospitality.
