Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a Web operations Specialist to support IT/software content and web presence in Belgium. The role involves working with the Development team and client IT teams on site, with full-time/permanent on-site duties.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in IT with 6+ years’ experience, strong M365/SharePoint Online skills, and solid editorial/UX capabilities. Fluency in English is essential for communications with international clients and teams.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in IT or relevant discipline; minimum 6 years of experience.
Proficient in M365 with SharePoint Online, multilingual content publishing workflows.
Experience with WCAG accessibility and Drupal.
Structuring content using SharePoint features, tagging & taxonomy, navigation.
Web design capabilities using Adobe, Figma; strong UX/IA fundamentals.
Excellent command of English; able to present to business/technical audiences.

Responsabilités

Content Management and Editorial Support.
Create and edit website content to ensure clarity and client alignment.
Provide web writing/editing support, including rewriting and proofreading for readability and accessibility.
Regularly update content to maintain accuracy and relevance.
Structure content with web parts, metadata, and navigation to improve UX and findability.
Coordinate with content owners to publish content in a timely manner.
