Randstad Digital Belgium seeks a Portfolio Manager to join a major European Institution in Brussels. You will oversee the digital strategy website, the online community platform, and the news CMS, aligning deliverables with available resources. You will analyze needs, define work packages, review deliverables, and manage risks.

You will lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project success. Experience with Drupal/PHP, portfolio budgeting, and QA/UAT is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience managing digital portfolios and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of Drupal/PHP web platforms.
• Ability to lead cross-functional project teams and manage risks.
• Experience in public sector projects is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage digital strategy website, online community platform and news CMS within budget and resources.
• Define work packages, review deliverables, ensure quality control and risk analysis.
• Lead portfolio planning and coordinate resources across projects.
• Report progress, risks and scope changes to stakeholders.
• Assess change requests and coordinate change management.
• Ensure deliverables meet business requirements for site structure and navigation.
• Provide effective leadership for project teams and foster skill development.
• Oversee quality assurance and user acceptance testing (UAT).
